Job Descriptions

• Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of real estate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, deeds, and other transactional instruments.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence for land and property acquisitions, meticulously verifying title documents and ensuring the authenticity and integrity of property ownership records.
• Manage all aspects of land registration, perfection of title documents, and other property-related regulatory processes, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Act as a primary liaison with government agencies, regulatory bodies, external solicitors, and other key stakeholders on all legal matters pertaining to real estate.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on property acquisitions, developments, sales, tenancy matters, and other real estate-specific legal queries.
• Continuously monitor and ensure strict adherence to all relevant real estate, corporate, and regulatory requirements across the Group's operations.
• Effectively handle and support the resolution of disputes, claims, and litigation involving the company and its properties, including asset recovery where necessary.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-reasoned opinions on emerging legal and regulatory issues impacting the real estate sector.
• Maintain and meticulously organize all legal records, contracts, and property documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
