• LLB, BL and/or Post-graduate qualification in Law or any Social Science or Public Health or other fields.
• Curriculum Vitae
• Copies of all relevant credentials
• Evidence of change of name (where applicable)
• Birth certificate or age declaration
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin
• Current practicing license (where applicable)
• Referee reports
• Two recent passport photographs
