Legal Officer / Legal Counsel

Requirements

• LL.B. Degree.
• BL qualification and current eligibility to practice in Nigeria.
• 2–5 years' relevant post-call experience depending on level.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate/commercial and employment law.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Professional membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is expected for practising counsel.
• Additional certification in corporate governance, compliance, arbitration, mediation or data protection is an advantage.
