Our client is seeking a Legal Associate with a minimum of 5 years’ post-call legal experience to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong legal foundation, solid practical experience, and the ability to handle legal matters with a good level of independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support across multiple practice areas.
• Represent clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation as required.
• Assist with due diligence, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments for clients.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and legal opinions.
• Stay updated with legal trends and contribute to thought leadership in the firm.
