- Conduct legal research on Nigerian laws, regulations, and case precedents relevant to Oil & Gas practice and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, opinions, and briefs
- Assist in case preparation, filings, and court processes
- Support senior lawyers in litigation, negotiations, and client advisory matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures
- Liaise with courts, regulatory bodies, and relevant stakeholders as required
- Maintain accurate legal records, files, and documentation
- Meet assigned deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and called to the Nigerian Bar
- Minimum of 2 years post-call experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws, legal procedures, and court processes
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
