About Us

[Halloween Stitches and Fashion] is a dynamic organization committed to operating with integrity and full legal compliance. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance, manage risk, and support the organization across a range of legal matters.

 

Role Description

Provide legal advice and support to management and internal departments

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

Manage legal risks and advise on corporate governance matters

Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and authorities

Support dispute resolution, claims, and litigation matters

Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the organization

Requirements

Qualifications

Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); admission to the Bar is an advantage

Proven experience in a legal advisory or in-house counsel role

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law

Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
