Job Descriptions

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws, regulations, and legal issues.
  • Support the preparation and filing of legal documents and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain and organize legal records, files, and documentation.
  • Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations.
  • Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory agencies, and internal departments where required.
  • Assist in handling dispute resolution matters and legal correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as assigned.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head Legal.

  • 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
