Job Description

Clickwyse Services Limited is at the forefront of developing one of the region's most significant downstream energy assets – a state-of-the-art refinery currently under construction and licensing in Abia. This monumental project demands visionary leadership and robust expertise across all functions, particularly in legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.

We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Head - Legal, Regulatory Affairs & Company Secretary to join our executive leadership team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in establishing, implementing, and overseeing the entire legal, compliance, and corporate governance framework for our new refinery project. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all local and international laws, regulations, and best practices from the project's inception through to operational readiness, safeguarding the company's interests and facilitating its strategic objectives.

Given the current project phase (construction and licensing), the ability to work remotely initially will be a significant advantage, offering flexibility while contributing to a project of national and regional importance.
