  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on a wide range of commercial law issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
  • Providing strategic and practical legal advice to clients on commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Representing clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings where applicable.
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to the firm's business development initiatives.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior legal professionals within the team.

Requirements

  • Must have been called to the bar.
  • Minimum of Second Class Honours Lower Division Degrees from both the Law School and the University.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience practicing in a law firm in Lagos or Abuja.

If you have prepared well, you can adapt your existing ideas to fit new questions.Remember that first impressions matter. When they say, “Tell us about yourself,” or any other opening question, that is your chance to set the tone. Prepare a solid answer that reflects your journey and shows that you are undoubtedly suitable for the role.
