Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years legal experience, including at least 5 years in land or real estate law.
• Must be qualified to practice law in Nigeria and registered with the Nigerian Bar Association.
• Familiar with the following legal areas:
  • Land law, real estate law, contract law, and land registration procedures.
• Familiar with Nigerian land approval and title processes, such as:
  • Charting
  • Survey verification
  • Land registration
  • Certificate of Occupancy(C of O)
• Possess strong legal analytical skills, communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
