Legal Practitioner

Requirements:

• A Law degree (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
• Must be enrolled as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (Barrister-at-Law).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law, with specific experience in real estate development and property transactions.
• Knowledge of Nigerian property law, land use regulations, construction contracts, environmental law, and corporate governance.
• Experience in handling complex commercial contracts, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of the Lagos State real estate market and legal landscape is highly desirable.
