Job Descriptions

• Litigation portfolio management, managing threats of legal actions, and supervising the activities of external counsel.
• Drafting, review and negotiating contracts and transaction advisory.
• Monitor and drive the implementation of actions arising from regulatory obligations across the plants, identify legal issues, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Assist in training staff, including Sales and Marketing teams, and plant management, on company policies, including compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, including data protection.
• Assisting the company Secretary in the execution of various company secretariat tasks, including meetings, regulatory filings, etc.
• Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and advising the business accordingly.
• Assisting the company Secretary in the management of relationships with relevant regulatory bodies, including CAC, SEC, NGx, FRC, etc. 
• Responding to regulatory directives, incidents within the purview of the legal and compliance team, and engaging with relevant authorities on behalf of the business.
• Supporting the Management of the company's intellectual property portfolio, real estate portfolio, and regulatory tracker.
