  • Provide legal guidance to management and various departments on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
  • Interpret laws, regulations, and contractual obligations affecting the organization.
  • Advise on legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts, agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure all contractual arrangements align with the organization's objectives and legal requirements.
  • Maintain an organized repository of legal documents and agreements.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization.
  • Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) with 2–5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) and admission to the relevant Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory laws.
