Legal Officer

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an accredited institution.
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications will be a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record within the real estate and construction sector.
• Must possess Extensive knowledge of Nigerian real estate law, construction regulations, land acquisition procedures, fintech, REIT investments, and relevant commercial legislation.
• Exceptional skills in legal drafting, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research and the use of various legal databases and software applications.
