Job Descriptions

• Lead the execution of the Company’s legal agenda, developing and implementing innovative legal strategies aligned with global frameworks and local business needs.
• Provide timely, effective, and pragmatic legal advice and interventions across all business functions, ensuring compliance with FrieslandCampina's global legal structures within Nigeria's unique regulatory landscape.
• Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, external counsel, and other third parties.
• Champion and enforce the Company's Code of Ethics, ensuring adherence at both internal and external levels.
• Support the Company Secretary in the efficient delivery of all legal and company secretarial functions, ensuring corporate governance best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks, advising on potential challenges and opportunities to support business objectives.
