*Responsibilities:*

- Corporate governance & statutory compliance

- Contract management & commercial advisory

- Regulatory compliance & licensing

- Risk management & dispute resolution

- Employment & labour law

- Intellectual property & brand protection

- Investment & corporate transactions

- Land, property & environmental law

- Tax & financial legal compliance

- Strategic legal advisory

- Work directly with chairman as company secretary

- LL.B & B.L

- ⁠3 years Post Call Experience 

- Agribusiness/corporate law experience is a plus

- ⁠Maximum of 30 years
