Legal Associate

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and BL
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools

Associate (minimum 3-5 years post call)

LLB and BL

• Sound knowledge of litigation and/or corporate practice
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
• Can handle court trials and drafting of brief of arguments with little supervision.

Senior Associate

LL.B and BL

• Minimum of 7 years post-call experience
• Proven experience handling complex legal matters
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and manage junior lawyers
• Handle hearings at Appeal courts

QUALITIES REQUIRED (ALL LEVELS)

• High ethical and professional standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and time management
