The Legal and Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing sound legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing legal risk across the organisation’s operations. The role requires a commercially astute professional with a strong understanding of Nigerian laws, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance requirements, particularly within a regulated business environment.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification and call to the Nigerian Bar are mandatory.
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant post-call experience in legal practice, in-house legal/compliance, or a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory laws.
- Proven experience in compliance management, contract drafting, and regulatory engagement.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
