- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and opinions.
- Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing for court appearances, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Represent clients in court or before administrative bodies, as required and appropriate for experience level.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years Post-Call to Bar work experience in a reputable law firm or legal department.
- Proven track record of capability and reliability in legal practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
