Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with NCC, CBN, NITDA, NDPC, and other regulators.
- Track obligations under Cybercrimes Act, Nigeria Data Protection Act, and other laws.
- Develop compliance checklists and audit programs.
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend remediation.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.
- Monitor compliance with the standard operating procedure and audit recommendations.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Compliance. Audit, or any related field.
- Certification in CCEP, CISA, or related compliance credentials.
- 5-8 years' experience in compliance/regulatory roles.
- Strong knowledge of telecom, financial, and IT regulations.
