Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with NCC, CBN, NITDA, NDPC, and other regulators.
  • Track obligations under Cybercrimes Act, Nigeria Data Protection Act, and other laws.
  • Develop compliance checklists and audit programs.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend remediation.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.
  • Monitor compliance with the standard operating procedure and audit recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Compliance. Audit, or any related field.
  • Certification in CCEP, CISA, or related compliance credentials.
  • 5-8 years' experience in compliance/regulatory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom, financial, and IT regulations.
