Job Description

Syncpath Consulting Ltd is seeking a qualified Attorney to provide legal support, advice, and representation. The role requires strong analytical ability, legal drafting expertise, and the capacity to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in court, mediation, or arbitration proceedings. 
• Draft, review, and interpret contracts and legal agreements. 
• Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to clients or internal management. 
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law. 
• Prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and other documentation. 
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. 
• Maintain accurate case files and legal records. 
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognised university. 
• Nigerian Law School qualification (Barrister-at-Law) and call to the Bar. 
• Minimum 3 years’ post-call experience in legal practice. 
• Strong legal research and drafting skills. 
• Excellent advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills. 
• High ethical standards, professional integrity, and confidentiality. 
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
