Job Description
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer with a minimum of three (3) years post-call experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, commercial practice, litigation and be able to manage multiple cases and clients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients across various sectors.
- Handle litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, court appearances, and trial advocacy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned opinions on diverse legal issues.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for corporate and commercial transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with other team members on complex legal matters.
- Stay updated on evolving technological, legal and regulatory frameworks affecting clients and the firm.

Requirements
