Requirements
A minimum of 5-6 years of post-call experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar in 2020 or 2021.
- Demonstrated strong practical experience across key areas including:
- Company Secretarial Services
- Real Estate Transactions
- Regulatory Filings and Compliance
- General Corporate and Commercial Practice
- Exceptional legal drafting abilities, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Proven capability in litigation support and dispute resolution.
- Strong advisory skills, providing clear, practical, and commercially sound legal counsel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
