Oversee the end-to-end client journey, from initial enquiry and property viewing to post-purchase support and property handover.
- Implement client retention strategies, manage feedback loops, and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, ensuring a bespoke and professional service experience.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate legal instruments, including Sales Agreements, Deeds of Assignment, Tenancy Agreements, and Joint Venture contracts.
- Ensure rigorous legal compliance with Lagos State property laws, land regulations, and building codes to mitigate institutional risk.
- Manage property documentation, perfection of titles, and coordinate with relevant government agencies (e.g., Land Registry, Surveyor General) to ensure seamless transaction closures.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all promotional materials, pitches, and contracts align with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide internal legal advisory support for day-to-day business operations and corporate governance.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and BL are required. An additional degree or certification in Real Estate Management or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of active, productive, and proven hands-on experience in a legal or customer experience capacity within the Real Estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos real estate laws, property registration processes, and contract drafting.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-value transactions with discretion, integrity, and extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software.
