- Draft, review, and manage the lifecycle of all commercial contracts, ensuring 100% accuracy and protection.
- Act as the primary point for due diligence, risk reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide real-time counsel to internal stakeholders to avoid disputes and manage litigation efficiently.
- Participate in client onboarding meetings to ensure legal alignment from the very first touchpoint.
Requirements

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Barrister-at-Law (B.L) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
- Minimum 2 years in a corporate startup environment. We are specifically not looking for legal consulting/law firm backgrounds—you must be comfortable being an in-house generalist.
- Ability to maintain a 24-hour TAT for document reviews without sacrificing quality.
- Expert in collaborative tools (Google Drive, CRM) for legal document management.
- A researcher at heart who can translate complex laws into simple business SOPs.
