African Lawyers Alliance is pleased to introduce Nerushka Bowan as the speaker for our upcoming Technical Training: Law and Artificial Intelligence. Nerushka is a former Big Law Head of Technology & Innovation who has become a leading founder, trainer, and advocate for the future of law. Through the LITT Institute, she develops and delivers specialist training on AI regulation, privacy law, and legal innovation, helping legal professionals and organisations navigate the rapidly evolving legal and ethical landscape of emerging technologies. She currently serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Law Society of South Africa’s AI Committee, contributing to the development of policy and guidance that shapes the legal profession’s response to artificial intelligence.
