Scholars benefit from Sussex’s vibrant, diverse campus, access to cutting-edge research facilities, and tailored support services, including academic advising and career development.
The Sanctuary Scholarship reflects Sussex’s ethos of fostering an inclusive academic community and supporting individuals who have faced displacement or financial hardship. Recipients are encouraged to engage in Sussex’s interdisciplinary research groups, community outreach programs, and networking events, preparing them for impactful careers in their chosen fields. The scholarship also provides access to mental health support, language assistance, and integration activities, ensuring scholars thrive academically and personally.
