Description

I’m looking for someone with proven experience in handling company annual returns to help regularise my business records. The company was registered in 2020 and has only filed once since incorporation. I now want to bring everything up to date to comply with CAC requirements and avoid any penalties.

The ideal person should understand how to identify outstanding filings, prepare the necessary documentation, and submit annual returns correctly. You’ll also be expected to provide brief guidance on what should be done moving forward to keep the company compliant every year.

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience filing annual returns with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  • Strong understanding of CAC online filing processes and documentation requirements
  • Ability to review company status and advise on pending obligations
  • Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Must be reliable and able to complete the task promptly
