- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and provide informed legal opinions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and perfecting a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and correspondence.
- Assisting senior counsel in preparing for court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and client meetings.
- Representing clients in court and other tribunals under supervision, where appropriate.
- Managing case files efficiently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and proper documentation.
- Engaging in client communication, providing updates, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Staying abreast of legislative changes, judicial precedents, and legal developments relevant to the firm's practice areas.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and Barrister-at-Law (BL) certification from the Nigerian Law School.
- 2 to 5 years of post-call experience actively practicing law within a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrated flair and a strong interest in litigation, with a solid understanding of court procedures and advocacy principles.
- Excellent legal research skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues thoroughly and provide practical, sound advice.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents and articulate legal arguments effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of critical thinking and strategic planning.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and strict adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a team, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
