- Provide timely legal advice to the Estate Manager, Facility Management team, management, and other relevant stakeholders on estate-related matters.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, statutory requirements, and estate policies.
- Identify potential legal risks arising from estate operations and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Review and advise on policies, procedures, notices, circulars, and communications issued to residents, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of relevant changes in property, tenancy, labour, environmental, health and safety, and other applicable legislation.
- Review and manage tenancy, lease, occupancy, renewal, termination, and related documentation.
- Provide legal guidance on resident complaints, breaches of estate rules, unauthorized occupation, subletting, alterations, and other occupancy-related matters.
- Support the enforcement of estate rules and regulations in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
- Draft warning letters, breach notices, demand notices, notices to comply, and other legal correspondence.
- Advise management on appropriate actions relating to defaulting residents and other occupants.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in Law with 2 - 4 years experience.

- Strong knowledge of Nigerian property and commercial law.
- Excellent contract drafting and review skills.
- Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
- Good understanding of tenancy and property-related matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret legislation and translate legal requirements into practical operational advice.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with estate management and other teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal/document management tools.
