Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Law LL.B; Call to the Bar is required
- Experience in commercial and corporate law
- Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and business regulations
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional ethics and confidentiality awareness
- It is remote work, and the company is located in the Philippines.
