- Draft, review, and negotiate all contracts: Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Agency Agreements, Vendor SLAs, Employment Contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence on property titles, C of O, R of O, etc
- Advise Management on legal risks, real estate law, tenancy law, and SCUML AMLCFT compliance.
- Manage litigation and external counsel.
- Represent Barcom at lower tribunals where applicable.
Requirements
Requirements
- LLB, BL, and must be a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with a current NBA practicing license.
- Minimum 2 years PQE with experience in real estate, conveyancing, or corporate/ commercial law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Experience with property documentation in FCT/Abuja and other states is an advantage
