- Conduct legal research and provide support on legal matters.
- Draft, review, and proofread contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal documents.
- Assist with reviewing commercial and business agreements.
- Maintain and organise legal documents and records
- Assist with legal correspondence and documentation.
- Support due diligence and other legal assignments as required.
- Identify potential legal risks and escalate matters requiring further legal attention.
- Perform other legal duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- Must have completed Nigerian Law School and been called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member and actively seeking a PPA.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional business environment.
