- Conduct legal research on a variety of topics, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate governance relevant to the tech and food sectors in Nigeria.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, policies, and terms of service.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including document management and scheduling.
- Contribute to special legal projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) program or equivalent, with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate law, technology law, or the food industry.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
