Job Description
Greenhouse Capital is an investment firm operating at the intersection of law, finance, and strategy across emerging markets.
We are hiring a Legal Intern to support our investment and legal teams on live transactions, deal structuring, and research.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Legal & financial due diligence on transactions
- Review of commercial agreements (SHA, NDAs, transaction docs)
- Support structuring of SPVs and investment vehicles
- Regulatory compliance & corporate filings
- Preparation of investment memos & risk reports
- Financial statement review & valuation support
Requirements
- LLB from a recognized university
- BL (Call to Bar), strongly preferred
- Additional finance qualifications (ICSAN, CFI or equivalent) is an advantage
- Prior experience in corporate/commercial law practice
- Familiarity with due diligence & investment documentation
