Associate Counsel

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
• 2-5 years of post-call experience in Nigeria.
• Proven experience in corporate law, commercial law, regulatory compliance, and general legal advisory.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong command of modern legal technology tools, including AI tools, digital workflows, and technology-enabled legal practice solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structured professional processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail.
• A commercially astute approach with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Additional Advantage

• Possession of a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and the ability to drive will be considered a significant advantage.
