Job Description

CrestHall Attorneys is seeking a Law Intern (NYSC) to support its legal practice across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and technology-focused matters. This role provides hands-on exposure to real client work, legal research, drafting, and advisory tasks within a modern law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, memoranda, and summaries

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, opinions, and legal documents

• Support senior lawyers on ongoing client matters

• Track legal and regulatory developments relevant to clients

• Maintain legal files and documentation

• Participate in internal meetings and learning sessions

Requirements

• LL.B degree from a recognised university

• Nigerian Law School qualification (BL)

• Eligible for NYSC deployment

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Interest in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law

• Professional communication and attention to detail
