The Opportunity: Legal Intern (NYSC)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Abuja. This is an excellent opportunity for an NYSC corp member to gain practical experience in corporate law within the dynamic real estate and hospitality sectors. You will work closely with our legal department, contributing to various legal processes and gaining valuable insights into the legal framework of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues pertinent to real estate, hospitality, and corporate operations.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, agreements, and internal policies.

Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation with utmost confidentiality.

Provide administrative support to the legal department as required.

Participate in legal meetings and discussions, offering insights and learning from experienced professionals.
