Associate Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Management, Social Sciences, International Development, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in consulting, advisory services, business support, project management, strategy, research, organisational development, or a related field.
• Experience working with private sector organisations, NGOs, foundations, development organisations, government institutions, or consulting firms is highly desirable.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Strong business writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent report-writing abilities.
• Proposal development and grant-writing knowledge.
• Project management and coordination skills.

The ideal candidate is between 28 and 35 years old and has a proven track record of producing high-quality consulting deliverables. They are intellectually curious, highly resourceful, proactive, and capable of transforming ideas into structured, professional, and actionable business documents. This is not a traditional analyst role. We are seeking a consultant who can think critically, engage stakeholders confidently, conduct rigorous research, develop practical solutions, and produce client-ready outputs with minimal supervision.
