Job Description

Greenhouse Capital is an investment firm operating at the intersection of law, finance, and strategy across emerging markets.

We are hiring a Legal Intern to support our investment and legal teams on live transactions, deal structuring, and research.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Legal & financial due diligence on transactions
  • Review of commercial agreements (SHA, NDAs, transaction docs)
  • Support structuring of SPVs and investment vehicles
  • Regulatory compliance & corporate filings
  • Preparation of investment memos & risk reports
  • Financial statement review & valuation support

Requirements

  • LLB from a recognized university
  • BL (Call to Bar), strongly preferred
  • Additional finance qualifications (ICSAN, CFI or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Prior experience in corporate/commercial law practice
  • Familiarity with due diligence & investment documentation
