- Draft, review, and negotiate a comprehensive range of legal documents, including contracts, wills, deeds, and litigation-related filings.
- Effectively represent clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and settlement discussions.
- Conduct in-depth legal research, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations to develop sound legal strategies and build compelling cases.
- Engage in skillful negotiation to resolve disputes and achieve favorable settlements for clients, often outside of formal court proceedings.

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a reputable university.
- Must be Called to the Nigerian Bar and possess a valid practicing license.
- Proven experience as a practicing Lawyer, demonstrating a strong command of legal principles, practices, and ethical conduct.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and dispute resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, aligning with Woodgate Structure's core values.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
