About this event

This course explores the communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective participation in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration. Participants will master how to apply communication and conflict resolution techniques to facilitate constructive dialogue, manage emotions, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in legal, commercial, workplace, and community disputes.
