This full-time, on-site role focuses on commercial legal counsel, ensuring compliance, managing legal risk, and providing legal support across the company’s business activities. Key Responsibilities • Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate matters and regulatory compliance.  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.  • Manage legal risks, interpret legal requirements, and support risk mitigation strategies.  • Liaise with regulators, authorities, and external legal counsel as needed.  • Oversee company policies and help implement corporate governance practices.  • Support legal aspects of real estate transactions and business operations, including resolving disputes.
