- Provide legal support for digital technology, software, artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives.
- Advise on technology transactions, including software licensing, SaaS, digital platforms, technology procurement, IT outsourcing and systems implementation.
- Support the protection, registration, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets and proprietary know-how.
- Advise on data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence governance and emerging technology regulations.
- Develop and maintain legal frameworks, policies, standards and technology-related agreements supporting innovation, digital transformation and IP management.
- Prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements and provide legal support for execution across the Group.
- Support strategic corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, project finance, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and support transaction execution, post-completion implementation and legal risk assessments for acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.
- Provide legal support and advisory services on energy, natural resources, infrastructure and project execution.
- Draft, review and negotiate sector-specific agreements, including Hydrocarbon Sale, Transportation and Processing Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, Project Development Agreements, EPC, consultancy, contractor, procurement, supply and distribution agreements.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree.
- Master's degree or PGD is an advantage.
- 10 – 12 years' post-call experience.
- Core experience in Digital Technology, Corporate & Commercial Law and Energy-sector specialties.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience advising on technology transactions, software licensing, data protection, cybersecurity and intellectual property.
- Demonstrated experience in energy and extractive-sector transactions.
- Strong understanding of Corporate and Commercial Law.
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.
- Basic understanding of business management.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
