- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other transactional legal documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence on corporate transactions, investments, and business opportunities.
- Provide legal advisory services on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, fintech, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical, commercially viable solutions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare articles, reports, and other thought-leadership content on relevant legal developments.
- Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Keep abreast of developments in corporate law, technology, financial services, and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years post-call experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial transactions, contract drafting and review, and legal due diligence.
- Relevant exposure to fintech, data protection, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory advisory.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and the evolving business landscape.
