Responsibilities Manage property transactions and documentation Conduct title searches, due diligence, and property perfection Draft and review contracts, deeds, and agreements Ensure compliance with land and property laws Write legal articles and create simplified real estate legal content Support marketing and sales teams with legally accurate content Requirements LL.B & BL; called to the Nigerian Bar with 5–7 years post-call experience in real estate/property law Strong drafting and legal writing skills Experience in legal content or article writing is an added advantage Conduct title searches, due diligence, and property perfection Draft and review contracts, deeds, and agreements Ensure compliance with land and property laws Write legal articles and create simplified real estate legal content Support marketing and sales teams with legally accurate content
