Job Description

Oneland Africa is a leading real estate company committed to helping Nigerians own premium properties across Nigeria. Oneland sees to the sales of developed housing units, off-plan sales, lease/letting and facility management.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator with a strong legal background to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will combine solid administrative skills with knowledge of legal processes to ensure smooth office operations, compliance, and efficient support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • ‌Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • ‌Maintain proper filing systems (digital and hard copy) for both administrative and legal records
  • ‌Liaise with external counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required
  • ‌Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication on behalf of management.
  • ‌Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations
  • ‌Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
  • ‌Support HR, finance, and operational functions where needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in office administration, with demonstrable legal knowledge or background.
  • ‌Strong understanding of legal documentation and processes
  • ‌Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • ‌Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
  • ‌Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

Salary:
N120,000 - N170,000 monthly (+ accommodation).

Location: Lekki, Lagos (candidates willing to relocate can apply)
