Legal Assistant

• We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support our legal team.
• The successful candidate will assist lawyers with administrative tasks, document management, and research, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and court filings.
• Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
• Conduct legal research using online databases, libraries, and other resources.
• Analyze and summarize research findings for lawyers.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Assist with case preparation, including gathering documents and evidence.
• Help track case progress and deadlines.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, document transfers, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Provide general administrative support/Admin liaison.
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Prepare and monitor accurate payment account records/preparing vouchers and CRFs.
• Carry out other assignments that can be assigned from time to time.

• Interested Candidates should possess an LL.B. degree 
• 1-2 years work experience.
