Lawyer

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Lawyer with strong organizational and administrative competence to join our team.
• It requires someone who can handle legal documentation, compliance, and contracts while also ensuring smooth office and operational administration.

Key Responsibilites:

• ‌Draft, review, and organize legal agreements, contracts, and internal policies.
• ‌Provide legal advice and ensure the company remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
• ‌Liaise with external counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• ‌Maintain structured filing systems (both legal and administrative records).
• ‌Oversee certain office management functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
• ‌Assist HR and management in ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
• ‌Support management with ad hoc legal and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• ‌Law degree (LL.B) and Call to Bar (BL) required
• ‌Minimum of 2 years post-call experience in legal practice, corporate law, or in-house counsel role.
• ‌Demonstrated competence in handling office administration or related organizational functions.
• ‌Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate, contract, and labor laws
• ‌Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• ‌Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital filing systems
• ‌High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Salary
N120,000 - N170,000 monthly.
