Legal & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead negotiations, mediations, and settlements to resolve disputes efficiently and preserve company interests.

Design and implement proactive compliance and risk mitigation frameworks across multiple business divisions.

Review, draft, and interpret contracts, partnership agreements, and key commercial documents.

Monitor evolving laws and regulations affecting real estate, finance, and investment operations to ensure continuous compliance.

Advise management and business units on corporate governance, legal exposure, and strategic decisions.

Investigate, assess, and manage potential legal or reputational risks before escalation.

Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and stakeholders to protect and advance the company’s objectives.

Conduct periodic training sessions for staff on compliance, ethics, and risk awareness.

Prepare comprehensive reports, legal opinions, and case updates for executive management.

Collaborate closely with leadership to align legal strategy with business growth and operational priorities.
